GBC International Bank is dedicated to assisting economically challenged young adults residing in its business service territories in achieving their aspirations of pursuing higher education.

Ten 3,000 Scholarships available to:

• High school seniors planning to enroll as full-time, degree seeking students in the fall of 2024.
• Currently enrolled undergraduate student at a U.S. accredited 4-year college/university or a community college

ELIGIBILITY:

• High school seniors and college students who reside in Alameda County, San Francisco, Los Angeles County, Orange County, Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, King County, and Snohomish County are eligible.

• Must intend to enroll as a first-year student in the Fall of 2024 at a U.S. accredited 4-year college/university or a community college, OR be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at a U.S. accredited 4-year college/university or a community college (if selected, submission of college acceptance letter or current college enrollment verification is required).

• For high school seniors: Minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.6

• For college students: Minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.4.
• Household income at or below the Low-Income Level (Applicants selected for the award must be able to provide the 2023 tax return for verification).

• Major requirements: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

• Must be a US Citizen or a US permanent resident.
